Ground Floor

The front door opens into a small foyer. There are 2 doorways from the foyer, plus stairs leading to the first floor. The first door leads into a newly fitted kitchen that has a built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric fan oven and electric hob. The second door opens into the lounge/dining room with TV, DVD player, CD/radio, 3 seater settee, armchairs, writing desk, dinging table with 6 chairs, open fireplace and dimmable lighting.

First Floor

The stairway leads up from the ground floor to the first floor landing. In front of you there is a door that leads into the main bedroom with the metal framed king size bed. There is a chest of drawers, bedside tables and wardrobe in the room, and the 2 windows allow views over the village. Both windows have window seats. To the left hand side of the landing is the family bathroom where there is a toilet, wash basin and a bath with electric shower over. At the end of the bath, behind a louvred door panel, is the combination boiler that controls the heating and hot water.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is a large landing area with 2 single beds, a small chest of drawers and a window looking out over the garden. Through the adjacent door is the second bedroom with a brass king size bed, a single bed and a chest of drawers and a small fabric covered wardrobe. The window seat provides a lovely view out across the village valley.

Annexe & Outside

Outside the front door steps lead off around the side of the house up to the large garden area. Here there is a timber decked seating area, flower borders, a large lawn and up a flight of steps a further lawn area with views across the bay. At the front of the house there is an attached annexe building that has a kitchen/diner and a washer/dryer downstairs.

The upstairs of the annexe is private.
