Edendore is a beautiful character cottage situated at the foot of Talland hill, very close to the centre of the delightful old fishing village of Polperro.

The property is over 250 years old and boasts a wealth of exposed beams and stonework. Outside there is a large garden area that offers views over the village and the sea, plus a decked area that is a perfect sun trap.

The house offers sleeping for 7 people in 2 main bedrooms and large sleeping area. Each of the bedrooms has a king size bed, and there are 3 single beds.

Due to the steps around the house and garden we regret the house is not suitable for rent by infirm people or families with young children under 4 years old.

We allow up to 2 dogs in the house, and smoking is permitted outside the house. Changeover day is Saturday.

The house is 50 metres from the nearest shop and 150 metres from the harbour. Unloading outside the house is possible for visitors. Parking is in the main car park, a few minutes walk away through the lovely village streets.
